We were awarded the contract to deliver three retail units to shell and core with associated external works to accommodate tenants Greene King (Hungry Horse), Aldi and Pure Gym.

Buildings on site had already been demolished and the existing floor slabs, foundations and pavings etc., were broken up and crushed for reuse. Super structures generally consisted of steel portal framework with rendered blockwork and brickwork walls, curtain walling and mono-filament flat roofing.

External works included the formation of a new site entrance, construction of roads, car parking, drainage, hard and soft landscaping. A BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating was awarded.
