Since the formation of our Chartered Building Company in 1993, the majority of our work continues to be negotiated and repeat business. As a main contractor, we deliver construction projects for some of the country’s most respected organisations, working closely with both clients and their professional teams.

My fellow Directors and I have built a strong reputation for excellence and for the exacting standards we bring to every construction project. By definition then, we have to consistently maintain quality control and use a flexible resource to meet specific client demand.

We know only too well that complacency could put an end to our well-developed long term client partnerships. Quite simply, clients demand consistency and Brennan delivers.

This ethos has contributed significantly to a stable business, delivering a wide range of construction services for more than 20 years. Today, the objective of our business is to build upon these firm foundations and develop our areas of expertise for the benefit of clients, employees and stakeholders.

Every project is managed by a dedicated and experienced team, all of whom share my passion and, as a recognition of importance, each job is overseen by a Director.

Whatever the project, this approach removes limitations on what is possible.
