Clients need the flexibility of using different approaches for different projects. Some want us involved at an early stage where we can contribute towards the development of the design in terms of buildability and value management. These relationships are primarily with repeat clients that lend themselves towards negotiated and two stage tender activity. Other clients prefer a single stage tender process.

To reduce the burden of planning conformance, we can work closely with the client and their Local Planning Authority to provide varying degrees of support with pre and post planning requirements and conditions.

We have a long history of delivering design and build projects for new build and refurbishment schemes and we offer a total solution where we will manage the process from conception to completion.
