Built for client Wrenbridge, this is a new Design & Build 25,000 sq ft store to accommodate Focus DIY.

Located in an area of on-going development, the greenfield site is in a prominent position in Falconers Chase, opposite Norfolk Constabulary HQ.

The building was constructed to a new corporate concept for Focus and includes a number of environmental features including a cladding system that offers a zero carbon building solution.

Work included:

• Westbrook portal frame
• Mixture of composite wall cladding and twin liner roof build system (Corus Confidex Sustain product)
• Drainage is porous paving with grey water attenuation (for re use within the garden centre)
