St Elizabeth’s Catholic Primary School required enlarged facilities that required the demolition of existing elements of the building prior to this new build taking place.
The school benefited from additional classrooms, offices and associated accommodation as well as M&E and all associated external and landscaping works.
The project took place during school term time and therefore required an exacting and constant level of cooperation and communication between teaching staff and the project delivery team.
Precise programming and logistical planning ensured disruption was kept to a minimum with health and safety tailored to the school day and term. The project manager delivered a health & safety presentation at morning assembly and a site tour mid programme for the young students.
