The Junction: Retail Park Project

The Junction awarded Brennan Construction with the contract to refurbish the first two phases of West Thurrock Retail Park (Lakeside), which accommodates 19 retailers over an area of 489,362 sq ft

After a two-week ‘soft’ start and enabling works, the contract commenced on 14th March 2005.

The Phase I value is in the region of £5.4 million and Phase II will bring the project to circa £11 million over a programme of 35 weeks.

Work comprises:

Demolition & Alterations ,New facades ,Amenity blocks ,Re-roofing ,Car Park re-modelling providing 1646 spaces ,M & E services
