Nicholas House is situated in the village of Burnham, Berkshire.

The existing 2 storey building was fire damaged and the adjoining building in poor condition. Both buildings were demolished and a new 30 bedroom, 4 storey care home constructed.

The new building, destined to be a specialist dementia care home, incorporates a basement housing plant, laundry and storage facilities. The project included all primary services including associated hard and soft landscaping.

The fitting out of Nicholas House encompassed specialist equipment to support high levels of physical and emotional care. A state-of-the art communications system was installed in the building.
