St Gobain are leaders in the design, production and distribution of materials for the construction, industrial and consumer markets.

This project in Croydon was carried out on one of South London’s busiest thoroughfares. The 100,000 sq ft development (60,000 sq ft of retail/warehouse) includes the refurbishment of the 1930s Bowater Building to high quality office space (15,000 sq ft) and 20,000 sq ft of retail showroom. The contract was awarded to Brennan following a successful competitive design and build bid.
