Amsprop Estates: Retail Refurbishment

An attractive period building constructed in 1877, 10 New Bond Street, Mayfair comprises two retail units on basement and ground level, with combined office space on the first and second floors.

Amsprop Estates instructed the refurbishment of the retail area to accommodate the requirements of high profile retail occupant, Breguet, a Swiss watch manufacturer. The work included the removal of a significant number of structural load bearing internal walls and floors to create open plan retail space on four floors. The building is occupied by several residential tenants and sits between operational retail units that necessitated a high degree of trading sensitivity. New Bond Street presents the usual logistical challenges found in central London and required close attention to the sequencing of work.
