The quality system is founded on the company's well-established management procedures, which have evolved over 14 years to produce a workable, relevant set of compliances that are easily understood by the company's entire workforce.
Our systems and procedures are continually being reviewed, developed, updated and improved, providing a pro-active framework within which all disciplines operate efficiently.
All employees are required to perform their duties in accordance with the procedures and instructions set out in the system documentation. The principal objectives of the policy are communicated to all staff through a comprehensive training programme and through their active involvement in the development of the system, which ensures their total commitment to the pursuit of quality.
