The Brennan business is based on a non-confrontational, customer-centric culture. It is our strongly held view that team focus, transparency and regular communication between all parties is the key to minimising potential conflict.
What is your approach to completing the project within the budget?
Practically all of the work undertaken by the Brennan Group is procured either on a Design & Build, Lump Sum or GMP basis. We are confident therefore that our cost management procedures work.
